Ingredients: 1/2 lb mushrooms rinsed and patted dry 1 lbs chicken tenders 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt to taste (divided, plus more to taste) 1 Tbsp butter, divided 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided etc.
